Unsolicited Off-Market takeover bid - take no action update

We refer to our announcement of this morning in relation to the unsolicited off-market takeover offer from Golden Investments (Australia) Pte. Ltd. That announcement referred to the offer as being a 14.5% premium to the 5-day volume weighted average trading price ("VWAP") of Stanmore Coal shares on the ASX prior to the announcement of the offer The offer is in fact a 6.4% premium to the 5 day VWAP. It is a 14.5% premium to the last traded price of Stanmore Coal shares on 16 November 2018, being the business day prior to the announcement of the offer.
